Refund Requests

To request a refund and cancel your reservation for the Swim with the Fish experience please follow these instructions.

  • Login to the store with the user name and password you established with your order.
  • In the top navigation, "My Menu" select "My Account" then select "View your order history".
  • Find the order you would like to return and click the small button with the magnifying glass to "View" your order details.
  • You will now be looking at the "Order Information" page, next to the line item, click the green circular button "Return".
  • Please complete the information on this form and submit.
